Our customer service representatives, or CSRs, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems or miscommunication. They will assist with managing incoming calls, chats, and emails as well as identify the needs of our clients in order to find solutions for them. Must be able to converse fluently in English as well as a second language (e.g. Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese). Fresh graduates with a background in hospitality, healthcare or marketing are encouraged to apply.
Our interns will assist with the various promotional and marketing campaigns run by our team. These might be online campaigns as well as physical ones. (e.g. managing information kiosks in shopping malls). They will also be trained to handle various enquiries about the packages we have to offer and also be involved with basic customer service responsibilities. Must be able to converse fluently in English as well as a second language (e.g. Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese). No qualifications or previous work experience required.
Our marketing manager will be expected to lead both online and physical marketing campaigns. This will necessitate a good understanding of online marketing tools like Google AdWords, Facebook marketing and so on. He/She will also be required to generate short and long-term branding strategies as well as provide timely progress reports. Candidates must possess good communication skills, at least a degree in Marketing/Business Development, and at least 3 years related work experience. Experience in marketing to the elderly market and/or healthcare preferred.
